hello first of all, i apologise of writing this msg in english...
we are a young couple from belgium with one little child. We are planning to stay in Valalta from 14/06--end of july in our caravan.
Now it will be the first time over there and i have some questions about the campingpitches. Does anyone know some fine places with shadow (for our little one - 15 months) and does someone know if the pitches are big (we have a large caravan - 7.2 meters in totall)? i read somewhere that the pitches around or near the harbour are the quiest en most shady?

Hello Rob,

we also stay at Valalta with the Caravan (7,2 meters).
I think the Pitches at the Harbor are 10*10 m.
We have a big solar sail and so we have enough shadow.
At the harbor your place will be nesr the swimmingpool am the children Sea
The children Sea is a nice place for your baby.
How long you will stay there (14.06 ??)
We`l stay there from 18.07. 2,5 weeks.

no, the children pool is not too deep, also at the kids kids club near by there is a little bit animation for the kids, so you will sometimes have a little bit time for yourselve. the new places near the marina up to the hill, i think, you will find there a nice place wich is big enough for your caravan and also enogh shadow.

If you can take your bikes to Valalta.

yes, you can rent bikes at the rezeption of valalta ! price ? - no idea, because i never needed it. we have our elektro-scooter there all over the year.

You can rent bikes at Valalta. I think the price was last season 70or 80 kuna per day (10-12 €) for 1 bike. I carry 3 Bikes on the drawbar of the caravan.
It is no problem.

tnx , last question, is it allowed to barbecue on the campsite? (with coal i mean)?
