Ist das die Gedenktafel zum Treffen der Präsidenten mitteleuropäischer Staaten am 11./12. September 1996 mit Roman Herzog?

Es ist in Piran eine Gedenktafel eines Präsidententreffen um die Zukunft von Europa. Nur das Datum ist falsch. Das Treffen fand am 6.-7. Juni 1997 statt.
