Could anyone tell me the easiest way to get from Trieste in Italy to Porec in Croatia because I'm having real trouble finding any ferry information...

Simply take the bus. I assume you arrive in Trieste by train, well in that case you go to the busstation next to the trainstation, buy yourself a ticket for the bus and off you go.
Cost of the ticket was (during the winter) around 11 euro, don't know what the price during the summer is. Total travel time is about 1 hour (perhaps a bit more if it is busy at the border).

Do you know, how often these buses leaving from Trieste to Porec per day?

The buses from depart from Trieste via Buje to Porec once a day (on weekdays) at 14:00 and from May 15th to October 15th at 9:00.
The busstation is next to the main railway station (Piazza della Liberta 11).

So these buses depart only on weekdays and not on Saturday or Sunday?

I'm not sure if the 9:00-buses also depart on the weekend...

It's not important. I was only interested. In 2 weeks I will be go to Rab by car.
